Take control of your health journey
When doctors told me there was nothing they could do for my constant exhaustion, severe digestive issues, headaches, insomnia, tachycardia and other symptoms, I was at a complete loss to know where to start. I felt so powerless.
So I embarked on a journey of research and discovery to find out what could actually help to support and improve my health. I also discovered what whacky ideas don’t work!

What lifestyle best supports health?
If you’re dealing with health issues of any sort, you can’t afford not to live a healthy lifestyle.
And it’s easier than you can think to make small changes around good sleep hygiene, pacing, good nutrition and an anti-inflammatory diet, stress management, and movement- all of which provide a solid foundation for your body to begin to heal, or to enable you to work with your doctor to address other specific issues.
When I started on this journey, I first made changes to my sleep hygiene- limiting blue light in the evening made a phenomenal difference in my life.
